There was one question, in particular, that Jeff was excited to answer. What is the craziest thing that's ever happened to you on the job? His answer: "I'm trying to even just pick one."

He eventually settled on a business trip in Australia in which, over the course of 24 hours, he had a meeting with the minister of transportation, went to Kangaroo Island, saw a concert, went snorkeling at 4 am, and then got on a plane to come home. Jeff said that there were so many things he wanted to do while he was in Australia, but he hadn't had the chance to do anything on the entire trip. When the opportunity came in the last 24 hours of his stay, he took it.

Jeff is an advocate of doing what you enjoy and having fun. He tells his staff, "every day try to take something, fifteen minutes...do something that makes that day worth having done."
